Buy, stock and sell from one live record
An ERP for traders that keeps purchase orders, vendor bills, stock in every warehouse, GST invoices and payments connected, built for multi-category distributors, wholesalers and traders.
What goes wrong today
- Stock across multiple locations with no single view of what is where
- Vendor payments tracked in a register so overdue invoices are discovered when suppliers call
- No alert when a fast-moving SKU hits reorder level until an order cannot be fulfilled
- The bank's monthly stock statement rebuilt in Excel every time with stock, debtors and drawing power worked out by hand
- Purchase orders and vendor bills in one place, with what is received, billed and due
- A receipt adding stock at the right location
- A reorder alert on a fast-moving item before an order goes unfulfilled
- Invoices marked paid or open, so you know which payments to chase
- The bank's monthly stock statement ready to download at month end
How buying and selling works in Centrik
- 1
Order from your vendors
Raise a purchase order directly, or from a purchase request for items running low. Vendor GSTIN, credit period and terms are set once and carried onto every order.
- 2
Receive into the right location
Record a goods receipt against the order, including partial deliveries. Stock goes up at that warehouse straight away, and inventory warns you when an item reaches its reorder level.
- 3
Match the bill and pay it
The vendor's bill is matched against the order and the receipt, and a mismatch, such as a short quantity, is flagged where you pay. Record the payment with its bank reference and the vendor's ledger updates.
- 4
Sell and report
Go from quote to order, delivery challan and GST invoice without retyping. Each sale draws stock down, and at month end the bank statement works itself out from the same numbers.
