From quotation to payment, without retyping
Order management software for Indian MSMEs: quotations, sales orders, delivery challans, GST invoices, payments and returns, all drawing from the same stock.
What goes wrong today
- The same order typed into a quote, a bill and a register with mistakes at every step
- Sales promised from stock that is already committed so a delivery slips
- Payments tracked in a notebook so overdue invoices are found late
- Returns handled on paper with no link back to the invoice they came from
- Adding a business customer with PAN, GST number and a credit period
- A quotation with a valid-until date, turned into a live order with everything carried across
- A direct order for a repeat customer, then a delivery challan with vehicle number and transporter
- An invoice prefilled from the order, and a payment recorded by UPI
- A return against the invoice, with the refund worked out
How a sale works in Centrik
- 1
Quote the customer
Create a quotation with a valid-until date and payment terms. Centrik works out the GST, and you can move it on to a proforma invoice or a sales order without re-entry.
- 2
Take the order
Turn the accepted quote into a sales order, or raise a direct order for a repeat customer. Pick the location it ships from, and the order draws on that location's stock.
- 3
Deliver the goods
Cut a delivery challan from the order with the ship-to address, vehicle number and transporter, so the goods can be traced.
- 4
Invoice and get paid
Raise the GST invoice from the same order, with customer, items, tax and your bank details prefilled. Record the payment against it with a transaction reference.
