Centrik vs Zoho Inventory
Both are web-based and both keep stock in step with your orders. They differ in what happens around the stock: selling online, or buying, making and sending out for job work.
The short answer
Zoho Inventory is order and stock software for selling. It manages orders, warehouses, packaging and shipping, connects to marketplaces and online stores such as Amazon and Shopify, and syncs with Zoho Books for accounting.
Centrik covers more of the operations before the sale. Purchase requests with approvals, GRNs with quality checks, invoice matching, bills of materials, manufacturing orders, job work with ITC-04 tables, and appointment bookings all sit in one system with your stock.
If you mainly sell finished goods across online channels and already use Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory is a natural fit. If you buy raw material, make things or run job work, Centrik fits better, and you keep Zoho Books or Tally for the accounts either way.

Centrik with Zoho Books
Centrik does not replace your accounting software. Many businesses keep Zoho Books (or Tally) for bookkeeping and GST filing, and run purchases, stock, production and orders in Centrik.
Centrik raises GST invoices with the correct CGST, SGST or IGST split, and you can export any module's data as CSV for your accountant. Your CA can also have role-based access to look up records directly.
