Appointments, stylists and billing on one calendar
Salon appointment booking that only offers genuinely free slots, tracks no-shows, sells packages and turns a finished service into a GST invoice, for independent salons, chains and beauty studios.
What goes wrong today
- Appointments in a paper register or a WhatsApp group with no confirmations going out
- No-shows and last-minute cancellations with nothing on record to learn from
- Two clients booked with the same stylist because nobody could see who was free
- Product stock tracked in your head or not at all
- Services set up once, grouped into categories with their prices
- Every stylist in one list, so you know who is working and who is free
- A calendar that respects real availability, with no-shows and cancellations tracked
- A finished booking turned into an invoice in a click
- Product stock tracked by item, with an alert before you run out
How an appointment works in Centrik
- 1
Set up your services once
Group services into categories with their SAC code and GST rate, then add each service with its price, duration and the hours it is available.
- 2
Add your stylists
List each person with the services they can perform and their working hours at each branch. Bookings uses this to work out which slots are really free.
- 3
Book, move and mark
Pick the service and date, and only free slots show. Whoever is free is assigned automatically. Confirm, reschedule, mark complete or mark a no-show, all on one calendar.
- 4
Get paid
When the service is done, raise the invoice in one click with the price and GST worked out, or let the client pay with a membership package they bought earlier.
