One calendar for every appointment
Appointment booking software for salons, turfs, studios and coaching centres: services, staff, slots, memberships and invoicing kept together.
What goes wrong today
- Appointments kept in a register or a WhatsApp group so two customers get the same slot
- Back-to-back sessions with no time to reset between one customer and the next
- A full slot means turning people away with no waitlist for a last-minute cancellation
- Packages tracked on paper so nobody knows how many sessions a customer has left
- A service category with its SAC code and GST, and a one-on-one service with duration and availability
- Adding a staff member, the services they perform and their working hours
- Taking bookings where only free slots show, and the free staff member is assigned
- Completing, rescheduling and marking a no-show, then the calendar view
How a booking works in Centrik
- 1
Set up services
Add each service with its duration, capacity, price and the staff who deliver it. Choose one-on-one appointments or group events on a fixed schedule, and set when the service is available.
- 2
Set staff hours
Give each staff member the services they perform and their working hours at each location. Buffer time before and after sessions keeps the schedule from overbooking.
- 3
Take the booking
Pick the service and date, and only genuinely free slots show. Whoever is free at that time is assigned. Staff can also create walk-in bookings on a customer's behalf.
- 4
Complete and get paid
Mark the booking complete, then raise an invoice from the Bookings page with the service and its GST worked out, or redeem a membership package the customer already holds.
